Prize Pick-up

When will my prize be ready?You will receive a phone call or e-mail from the Country 101.1 Promotions Department within 1-2 business days of winning with prize pick up instructions.  Please do not come in to claim your prize until you receive a phone call notifying you that it’s ready for pick up.  If you have not received a phone call within 1-2 business days, please call Country 101.1 Promotions at 613-736-2001.

Where can I pick up my prize?

Please note that all prizes can be picked up from our Ottawa Location. If you would prefer that we send your prize to Smith’s Falls, please notify promotions at 613-736-2001

When picking up your prize, please note:

  • You will need one piece of valid government issued photo ID to pick up any prize. If the ID presented does not have an address presented upon it, you must also present an official document with this information.
  • If you are under the age of 18 a parent or legal guardian must assume the role of prize winner, and will be required to pick up the prize in person and present a valid government issued photo ID.

PLEASE NOTE: No one else is authorized to pick-up any prize on a winner’s behalf.  All winners must pick up their own prize with valid government issued photo ID. We will not release a prize to anyone who is not the official winner.

  • Your prize will be available for 30 days after being notified it’s ready for pick up.
