Does this count as a snort?

After a news story made Kenny laugh this morning, he let out a sound that could only be described as a “snort.” Now, he claims that it was NOT a snort, but if you listen to the clip below, you will see that he is wrong. What do you think? Does that count as a snort? Or is it just a bodily sound effect that can’t be pinpointed as Kenny claims?
